Let the heavens and the earth praise him, along with the seas and everything that swims in them!

The wild boars of the forest ruin it; ¹  the insects ²  of the field feed on it.

There are three things that are magnificent ¹  in their step, four things that move about magnificently: ² 

On that day his feet will stand on the Mount of Olives which lies to the east of Jerusalem, and the Mount of Olives will be split in half from east to west, leaving a great valley. Half the mountain will move northward and the other half southward. ¹

Whenever the tabernacle is to move, ¹  the Levites must take it down, and whenever the tabernacle is to be reassembled, ²  the Levites must set it up. ³  Any unauthorized person ⁴  who approaches it must be killed.

They have made me jealous ¹  with false gods, ²  enraging me with their worthless gods; ³  so I will make them jealous with a people they do not recognize, ⁴  with a nation slow to learn ⁵  I will enrage them.

Afterward David inquired of the Lord, “Should I go up to one of the cities of Judah?” The Lord told him, “Go up.” David asked, “Where should I go?” The Lord replied, ¹  “To Hebron.”

So David was no longer willing to bring the ark of the Lord to be with him in the City of David. David left it in the house of Obed-Edom the Gittite.

Then he went out from the country of the Chaldeans and settled in Haran. After his father died, God ¹  made him move ²  to this country where you now live.

But I do not consider my life ¹  worth anything ²  to myself, so that ³  I may finish my task ⁴  and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the good news ⁵  of God’s grace.

This is the law ¹  of the land animals, the birds, all the living creatures that move in the water, and all the creatures ²  that swarm on the land,

So Miriam was shut outside of the camp for seven days, and the people did not journey on until Miriam was brought back in. ¹

I will reside ¹  among the Israelites, and I will be their God,

This was the first time they set out on their journey according to the commandment ¹  of the Lord, by the authority ²  of Moses.

“Tell the community: ‘Get away ¹  from around the homes of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram.’”

¹ He puts my feet in shackles; he watches closely all my paths.’
