because drunkards and gluttons become impoverished, and drowsiness ¹  clothes them with rags. ² 

Woe to you, O land, when your king is childish, ¹  and your princes feast in the morning!

Lambs ¹  will graze as if in their pastures, amid the ruins the rich sojourners will graze. ² 

So what will you do on the festival day, on the festival days of the Lord?
