And God ¹  put ²  all things under Christ’s ³  feet, ⁴  and he gave him to the church as head over all things. ⁵ 

But Saul was trying to destroy ¹  the church; entering one house after another, he dragged off ²  both men and women and put them in prison. ³

For no one has ever hated his own body ¹  but he feeds it and takes care of it, just as Christ also does the church,

So if you have ordinary lawsuits, do you appoint as judges those who have no standing in the church? ¹ 

but in the church I want to speak five words with my mind to instruct others, rather than ten thousand words in a tongue.

For you have heard of my former way of life ¹  in Judaism, how I was savagely persecuting the church of God and trying to destroy it.
