saying, ¹  “Don’t touch my anointed ones! Don’t harm my prophets!”

He heals ¹  the brokenhearted, and bandages their wounds.

It ¹  could have been sold at a high price and the money ²  given to the poor!”

Every day you are to prepare a bull for a purification offering ¹  for atonement. ²  You are to purge ³  the altar by making atonement ⁴  for it, and you are to anoint it to set it apart as holy.

and anoint them just as you anointed their father, so that they may minister as my priests; their anointing will make them a priesthood that will continue throughout their generations.”

¹ When Moses had completed setting up the tabernacle, ²  he anointed it and consecrated it and all its furnishings, and he anointed and consecrated the altar and all its utensils.

So bathe yourself, ¹  rub on some perfumed oil, ²  and get dressed up. ³  Then go down ⁴  to the threshing floor. But don’t let the man know you’re there until he finishes his meal. ⁵

These are the names of the sons of Aaron, the anointed ¹  priests, whom he consecrated ²  to minister as priests. ³ 

David replied to him, “How is it that you were not afraid to reach out your hand to destroy the Lord’s anointed?”

In the inner sanctuary he made two cherubs of olive wood; each stood 15 feet ¹  high.

A good reputation ¹  is better ²  than precious ³  perfume; ⁴  likewise, ⁵  the day of one’s ⁶  death ⁷  is better than the day of one’s birth. ⁸ 

Surely they will be totally consumed ¹  like ²  entangled thorn bushes, ³  like the drink of drunkards, ⁴  like very ⁵  dry stubble.

There are also two olive trees beside it, one on the right of the receptacle and the other on the left.” ¹ 

She did what she could. She anointed my body beforehand for burial.
