They are absolutely terrified, ¹  for God defends the godly. ² 

There is no actual speech or word, nor is its ¹  voice literally heard.

but someone is a Jew who is one inwardly, and circumcision is of the heart ¹  by the Spirit ²  and not by the written code. ³  This person’s ⁴  praise is not from people but from God.

They will return to Egypt! ¹  Assyria will rule over them ²  because they refuse to repent! ³

To you this entire prophetic revelation ¹  is like words in a sealed scroll. When they hand it to one who can read ²  and say, “Read this,” he responds, “I can’t, because it is sealed.”
