I cried out to him for help ¹  and praised him with my tongue. ² 

Remember to extol ¹  his work, which people have praised in song.

You are my ¹  God and I will give you thanks! You are my God and I will praise you!

Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise and exalt and glorify the King of heaven, for all his deeds are right and his ways are just. He is able to bring down those who live ¹  in pride.

So in the east ¹  extol the Lord, along the seacoasts extol ²  the fame ³  of the Lord God of Israel.

And Mary ¹  said, ²  “My soul exalts ³  the Lord, ⁴ 

Sing to God! Sing praises to his name! Exalt the one who rides on the clouds! ¹  For the Lord is his name! ²  Rejoice before him!

But we will praise the Lord now and forevermore. Praise the Lord!
