Year after year he used to travel the circuit of Bethel, ¹  Gilgal, and Mizpah; he used to judge Israel in all of these places.

The wind goes to the south and circles around to the north; round and round ¹  the wind goes and on its rounds it returns. ² 

It emerges from the distant horizon, ¹  and goes from one end of the sky to the other; ²  nothing can escape ³  its heat.

He built up the city around it, from the terrace to the surrounding walls; ¹  Joab restored the rest of the city.

The singers ¹  were also assembled from the district around Jerusalem and from the settlements of the Netophathites

And he was amazed because of their unbelief. Then ¹  he went around among the villages and taught.

So the kings of Israel, Judah, and Edom ¹  set out together. They wandered around on the road for seven days and finally ran out of water for the men and animals they had with them.

From there we cast off ¹  and arrived at Rhegium, ²  and after one day a south wind sprang up ³  and on the second day we came to Puteoli. ⁴ 

Thick clouds are a veil for him, so he does not see us, ¹  as he goes back and forth in the vault ²  of heaven.’ ³ 

Then ¹  they departed and went throughout ²  the villages, proclaiming the good news ³  and healing people everywhere.

They taught throughout Judah, taking with them the scroll of the law of the Lord. They traveled to all the cities of Judah and taught the people.

Then Jesus went throughout all the towns ¹  and villages, teaching in their synagogues, ²  preaching the good news of the kingdom, and healing every kind of disease and sickness. ³
