After ¹  he had said ²  this, ³  he dismissed the assembly. ⁴

But if you want anything in addition, ¹  it will have to be settled ²  in a legal assembly. ³ 

and assemble the whole congregation at the entrance of the Meeting Tent.” ¹ 

I almost ¹  came to complete ruin ²  in the midst of the whole congregation!” ³ 

So Moses did just as the Lord commanded him, and the congregation assembled at the entrance of the Meeting Tent.

You are to bring the Levites before the tent of meeting and assemble the entire community of the Israelites.
