Loyal love and truth ¹  preserve a king, and his throne is upheld by loyal love. ² 

As the crucible is for silver and the furnace is for gold, ¹  so a person ²  is proved ³  by the praise he receives. ⁴ 

At the beginning his words ¹  are foolish and at the end ²  his talk ³  is wicked madness, ⁴
