The Levites had ¹  David’s musical instruments and the priests had trumpets.

“The dead ²  tremble ³  – those beneath the waters and all that live in them. ⁴ 

The breath of God produces ice, and the breadth of the waters freeze solid.

The wild goats live in the high mountains; ¹  the rock badgers find safety in the cliffs.

to the one who used wisdom to make the heavens, for his loyal love endures,

before the mountains were set in place – before the hills – I was born,

Plans ¹  are established by counsel, so ²  make war ³  with guidance.

His ¹  appearance was like lightning, and his clothes were white as snow.

And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself ¹  as an angel of light.

The dream was repeated to Pharaoh ¹  because the matter has been decreed ²  by God, and God will make it happen soon. ³ 

So the Israelites went through the middle of the sea on dry ground, the water forming a wall ¹  for them on their right and on their left.

At the two corners ¹  they were doubled at the lower end and ²  finished together at the top in one ring. So he did for both.

And he set up the courtyard around the tabernacle and the altar, and put the curtain at the gate of the courtyard. So Moses finished the work.

I will destroy your high places and cut down your incense altars, ¹  and I will stack your dead bodies on top of the lifeless bodies of your idols. ²  I will abhor you. ³ 

The wheels were constructed like chariot wheels; their crossbars, rims, spokes, and hubs were made of cast metal.

Did not the one who made me in the womb make them? ¹  Did not the same one form us in the womb?

Now and then ¹  there would be something wrong ²  with the pot he was molding from the clay ³  with his hands. So he would rework ⁴  the clay into another kind of pot as he saw fit. ⁵
