The nations will respect the reputation of the Lord, ¹  and all the kings of the earth will respect ²  his splendor,

May the splendor of the Lord endure! ¹  May the Lord find pleasure in the living things he has made! ² 

Rise up ¹  above the sky, O God! May your splendor cover the whole earth! ² 

The Lord is exalted over all the nations; his splendor reaches beyond the sky. ¹ 

¹ As for all the kings of the nations, all of them ²  lie down in splendor, ³  each in his own tomb. ⁴ 

He said to me, “You are my servant, Israel, through whom I will reveal my splendor.” ¹ 

So I said, “My endurance has expired; I have lost all hope of deliverance ¹  from the Lord.”

Then everyone ¹  will see the Son of Man arriving in the clouds ²  with great power and glory.

“Blessed is the king ¹  who comes in the name of the Lord! ²  Peace in heaven and glory in the highest!”

Now ¹  while some were speaking about the temple, how it was adorned ²  with beautiful stones and offerings, ³  Jesus ⁴  said,

Then ¹  they will see the Son of Man arriving in a cloud ²  with power and great glory.

Wasn’t ¹  it necessary ²  for the Christ ³  to suffer these things and enter into his glory?”

For if there was glory in the ministry that produced condemnation, ¹  how much more does the ministry that produces righteousness ²  excel ³  in glory!

When Christ (who is your ¹  life) appears, then you too will be revealed in glory with him.

The nations ¹  will walk by its light and the kings of the earth will bring their grandeur ²  into it.

Haman then recounted to them his fabulous wealth, ¹  his many sons, ²  and how the king had magnified him and exalted him over the king’s other officials and servants.

I saw an amber glow ¹  like a fire enclosed all around ²  from his waist up. From his waist down I saw something that looked like fire. There was a brilliant light around it,

The Arvadites ¹  joined your army on your walls all around, and the Gammadites ²  were in your towers. They hung their quivers ³  on your walls all around; they perfected your beauty.

There will arise after him ¹  one ²  who will send out an exactor ³  of tribute to enhance the splendor of the kingdom, but after a few days he will be destroyed, ⁴  though not in anger or battle.

Then ¹  the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, ²  and ³  all the tribes of the earth will mourn. They ⁴  will see the Son of Man arriving on the clouds of heaven ⁵  with power and great glory.
