So if ¹  Satan casts out Satan, he is divided against himself. How then will his kingdom stand?

He ¹  will reign over the house of Jacob ²  forever, and his kingdom will never end.”

Instead, pursue ¹  his ²  kingdom, ³  and these things will be given to you as well.

Thus ¹  I grant ²  to you a kingdom, ³  just as my Father granted to me,

Then ¹  he said, “Jesus, remember me ²  when you come in ³  your kingdom.”

Furthermore, Solomon has assumed the royal throne. ¹ 

Then there will be a fourth kingdom, one strong like iron. Just like iron breaks in pieces and shatters everything, and as iron breaks in pieces ¹  all of these metals, ²  so it will break in pieces and crush the others. ³ 

He will build a house for my name, and I will make his dynasty permanent. ¹ 

Her nobles will have nothing left to call a kingdom and all her officials will disappear. ¹ 

You have appointed ¹  them ²  as a kingdom and priests ³  to serve ⁴  our God, and they will reign ⁵  on the earth.”

“Then there will arise in his place a despicable person ¹  to whom the royal honor has not been rightfully conferred. He will come on the scene in a time of prosperity and will seize the kingdom through deceit.

However, the prince of the kingdom of Persia was opposing me for twenty-one days. But ¹  Michael, one of the leading princes, came to help me, because I was left there ²  with the kings of Persia.

Solomon sat on his father David’s throne, and his royal authority ¹  was firmly solidified.

Your throne, ¹  O God, is permanent. ²  The scepter ³  of your kingdom is a scepter of justice.

The Lord has established his throne in heaven; his kingdom extends over everything. ¹ 

For he came out of prison ¹  to become king, even though he had been born poor in what would become his ²  kingdom.

This is the interpretation of the words: ¹  As for mene ²  – God has numbered your kingdom’s days and brought it to an end.

I overpowered kingdoms ruled by idols, ¹  whose carved images were more impressive than Jerusalem’s ²  or Samaria’s.

From ¹  the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven has suffered violence, and forceful people lay hold of it. ² 

Now this is what I am saying, brothers and sisters: ¹  Flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable.
