And I will perform wonders in the sky ¹  above and miraculous signs ²  on the earth below, blood and fire and clouds of smoke.

It is a continual burnt offering that was instituted on Mount Sinai as a pleasing aroma, an offering made by fire to the Lord.

For the company of the godless is barren, ¹  and fire ²  consumes the tents of those who accept bribes. ³ 

“Yes, ¹  the lamp ²  of the wicked is extinguished; his flame of fire ³  does not shine.

‘Surely our enemies ¹  are destroyed, and fire consumes their wealth.’
