For you know quite well that the day of the Lord ¹  will come in the same way as a thief in the night. ² 

You know ¹  that such a person is twisted by sin ²  and is conscious of it himself. ³ 

teaching about baptisms, laying on of hands, resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment.

These things I have written to you about those who are trying to deceive you. ¹
