The lions roar for prey, seeking their food from God. ¹ 

I will abundantly supply what she needs; ¹  I will give her poor all the food they need. ² 

Now ¹  there were five thousand men ²  who ate the bread. ³ 

After this, he and the men who were with him ate a meal and stayed there overnight. ¹  When they got up in the morning, he said, “Let me leave now so I can return to my master.” ² 

Now on the first day of the feast of ¹  Unleavened Bread the disciples came to Jesus and said, ²  “Where do you want us to prepare for you to eat the Passover?” ³ 

Every day ¹  they continued to gather together by common consent in the temple courts, ²  breaking bread from ³  house to house, sharing their food with glad ⁴  and humble hearts, ⁵ 

Then Paul ¹  went back upstairs, ²  and after he had broken bread and eaten, he talked with them ³  a long time, until dawn. Then he left.

He ¹  said also to the man ²  who had invited him, “When you host a dinner or a banquet, ³  don’t invite your friends or your brothers or your relatives or rich neighbors so you can be invited by them in return and get repaid.

So he brought him to his house and fed the donkeys. They washed their feet and had a meal. ¹ 

The ravens would bring him bread and meat each morning and evening, and he would drink from the stream.

For my sighing comes in place of ¹  my food, ²  and my groanings ³  flow forth like water. ⁴ 

May their dining table become a trap before them! May it be a snare for that group of friends! ¹ 

י (Yod) The hands of tenderhearted women ¹  cooked their own children, who became their food, ²  when my people ³  were destroyed. ⁴ 

But he ¹  replied, “They don’t need to go. You ²  give them something to eat.”

because they did not understand about the loaves, but their hearts were hardened.

Then he will show you a large furnished room upstairs. Make preparations there.”

(Now none of those present at the table ¹  understood ²  why Jesus ³  said this to Judas. ⁴ 

But he answered them, ¹  “You ²  give them something to eat.” And they said, “Should we go and buy bread for two hundred silver coins ³  and give it to them to eat?”

Now ¹  on the first day of the feast of ²  Unleavened Bread, when the Passover lamb is sacrificed, ³  Jesus’ ⁴  disciples said to him, “Where do you want us to prepare for you to eat the Passover?” ⁵ 

When food was served, ¹  he said, “I will not eat until I have said what I want to say.” ²  “Tell us,” Laban said. ³
