The Lord watches ¹  from heaven; he sees all people. ² 

I rashly declared, ¹  “All men are liars.”

you kings of the earth and all you nations, you princes and all you leaders ¹  on the earth,

for they ¹  are eager ²  to inflict harm, ³  and they hasten ⁴  to shed blood. ⁵
