The heart of the righteous considers ¹  how ²  to answer, ³  but the mouth of the wicked pours out evil things. ⁴ 

I will drench the land with the flow of your blood up to the mountains, and the ravines will be full of your blood. ¹ 

But one of the soldiers pierced ¹  his side with a spear, and blood and water ²  flowed out immediately.

A spring does not pour out fresh water and bitter water from the same opening, does it?

I will be standing ¹  before you there on ²  the rock in Horeb, and you will strike ³  the rock, and water will come out of it so that the people may drink.” ⁴  And Moses did so in plain view ⁵  of the elders of Israel.

So God split open the basin ¹  at Lehi and water flowed out from it. When he took a drink, his strength ²  was restored and he revived. For this reason he named the spring ³  En Hakkore. ⁴  It remains in Lehi to this very day.

He will pour the water out of his buckets, ¹  and their descendants will be like abundant ²  water; ³  their king will be greater than Agag, ⁴  and their kingdom will be exalted.

For the Lord your God is bringing you to a good land, a land of brooks, ¹  springs, and fountains flowing forth in valleys and hills,

and who brought you through the great, fearful desert of venomous serpents ¹  and scorpions, an arid place with no water. He made water flow ²  from a flint rock and

If the river rages, ¹  it is not disturbed, it is secure, ²  though the Jordan should surge up to its mouth.

The water made it grow; underground springs made it grow tall. Rivers flowed all around the place it was planted, while smaller channels watered all the trees of the field. ¹ 

so that you can decide what is best, and thus be sincere and blameless for the day of Christ,

but ¹  the earth came to her rescue; ²  the ground opened up ³  and swallowed the river that the dragon had spewed from his mouth.

He led me out by way of the north gate and brought me around the outside of the outer gate that faces toward the east; I noticed ¹  that the water was trickling out from the south side.
