and thus the Gentiles glorify God for his mercy. ¹  As it is written, “Because of this I will confess you among the Gentiles, and I will sing praises to your name.” ² 

when he comes to be glorified among his saints and admired ¹  on that day among all who have believed – and you did in fact believe our testimony. ² 

Pray to me when you are in trouble! ¹  I will deliver you, and you will honor me!” ² 

He said to me, “You are my servant, Israel, through whom I will reveal my splendor.” ¹ 

O Lord, my God, I will give you thanks with my whole heart! I will honor your name continually! ¹ 

And I will do whatever you ask in my name, ¹  so that the Father may be glorified ²  in the Son.

(Now he said this about the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were going to receive, for the Spirit had not yet been given, ¹  because Jesus was not yet glorified.) ² 

He ¹  began to teach ²  in their synagogues ³  and was praised ⁴  by all.

Then ¹  he placed his hands on her, and immediately ²  she straightened up and praised God.

Then one of them, when he saw he was healed, turned back, praising ¹  God with a loud voice.

And those he predestined, he also called; and those he called, he also justified; and those he justified, he also glorified.

Through the evidence ¹  of this service ²  they will glorify God because of your obedience to your confession in the gospel of Christ and the generosity of your sharing ³  with them and with everyone.

and maintain good conduct ¹  among the non-Christians, ²  so that though ³  they now malign you as wrongdoers, they may see your good deeds and glorify God when he appears. ⁴ 

Who will not fear you, O Lord, and glorify ¹  your name, because you alone are holy? ²  All nations ³  will come and worship before you for your righteous acts ⁴  have been revealed.”

You loyal followers of the Lord, ¹  praise him! All you descendants of Jacob, honor him! All you descendants of Israel, stand in awe of him! ² 

All the nations, whom you created, will come and worship you, ¹  O Lord. They will honor your name.

You have made the nation larger, ¹  O Lord, you have made the nation larger and revealed your splendor, ²  you have extended all the borders of the land.

All of your people will be godly; ¹  they will possess the land permanently. I will plant them like a shoot; they will be the product of my labor, through whom I reveal my splendor. ² 

Immediately ¹  he stood up before them, picked ²  up the stretcher ³  he had been lying on, and went home, glorifying ⁴  God.

Then ¹  astonishment ²  seized them all, and they glorified ³  God. They were filled with awe, ⁴  saying, “We have seen incredible ⁵  things ⁶  today.” ⁷
