He ¹  answered, “The one who has dipped his hand into the bowl with me ²  will betray me.

He said to them, “It is one of the twelve, one who dips his hand ¹  with me into the bowl. ² 

The twelve gold pans full of incense weighed 10 shekels each, according to the sanctuary shekel; all the gold of the pans weighed 120 shekels.

“Woe to you, experts in the law ¹  and you Pharisees, hypocrites! You clean the outside of the cup and the dish, but inside they are full of greed and self-indulgence.

But the Lord said to him, “Now you Pharisees clean ¹  the outside of the cup and the plate, but inside you are full of greed and wickedness. ² 

Blind Pharisee! First clean the inside of the cup, ¹  so that the outside may become clean too!

the pure gold bowls, trimming shears, basins, pans, and censers, and the gold door sockets for the inner sanctuary (the most holy place) and for the doors of the main hall of the temple.

This was the dedication for the altar from the leaders of Israel, when it was anointed: twelve silver platters, twelve silver sprinkling bowls, and twelve gold pans.

for the pure gold used for the meat forks, bowls, and jars, for the small gold bowls, including the weight for each bowl, for the small silver bowls, including the weight for each bowl,

the pure gold trimming shears, basins, pans, and censers, and the gold door sockets for the inner sanctuary (the most holy place) and for the doors of the main hall of the temple.

Jesus replied, ¹  “It is the one to whom I will give this piece of bread ²  after I have dipped it in the dish.” ³  Then he dipped the piece of bread in the dish ⁴  and gave it to Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son.

He asked for water, and she gave him milk; in a bowl fit for a king, ¹  she served him curds.

But give from your heart to those in need, ¹  and ²  then everything will be clean for you. ³ 

They also took the pots, shovels, ¹  trimming shears, ²  basins, pans, and all the bronze utensils used by the priests. ³ 

The captain of the royal guard took the gold and silver bowls, censers, ¹  basins, pots, lampstands, pans, and vessels. ² 

Go to the flock and get me two of the best young goats. I’ll prepare ¹  them in a tasty way for your father, just the way he loves them.

Then she handed ¹  the tasty food and the bread she had made to her son Jacob.

Can food that is tasteless ¹  be eaten without salt? Or is there any taste in the white ²  of an egg?

so that his life loathes food, and his soul rejects appetizing fare. ¹ 

I am forgotten, like a dead man no one thinks about; ¹  I am regarded as worthless, like a broken jar. ²
