“To ¹  what should I compare this generation? They are like children sitting in the marketplaces who call out to one another, ² 

So also you, when you see these things happening, know ¹  that the kingdom of God ²  is near.

Watch out, ¹  then, that what is spoken about by ²  the prophets does not happen to you:

For Moses writes about the righteousness that is by the law: “The one who does these things will live by them.” ¹
