Their territory ran ¹  from Heshbon to Ramath Mizpah and Betonim, and from Mahanaim to the territory of Debir.

Just then, ¹  while she was still speaking to the king, Nathan the prophet arrived.

Indeed, ¹  let that night be barren; ²  let no shout of joy ³  penetrate ⁴  it!

Then I say, “Look! I come! What is written in the scroll pertains to me. ¹ 

Look, I will escape to a distant place; I will stay in the wilderness. (Selah)

I looked and saw that the fruitful land had become a desert and that all of the cities had been laid in ruins. The Lord had brought this all about because of his blazing anger. ¹ 

As I watched, I noticed ¹  a form that appeared to be a man. ²  From his waist downward was something like fire, ³  and from his waist upward something like a brightness, ⁴  like an amber glow. ⁵ 

On the same day they slaughtered their sons for their idols, they came to my sanctuary to desecrate it. This is what they have done in the middle of my house.

He made me walk all around among them. ¹  I realized ²  there were a great many bones in the valley and they were very dry.

“For look, I am giving a command and I will shake the family of Israel together with all the nations. It will resemble a sieve being shaken, when not even a pebble falls to the ground. ¹ 

Then ¹  if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ ²  or ‘Look, there he is!’ do not believe him.

nor will they say, ‘Look, here it is!’ or ‘There!’ For indeed, the kingdom of God is ¹  in your midst.” ² 

seven fine-looking, fat cows were coming up out of the Nile, ¹  and they grazed in the reeds.

Then ¹  seven heads of grain, withered and thin and burned with the east wind, were sprouting up after them.

So he returned to him, and he was still ¹  standing by his burnt offering, he and all the princes of Moab.
