Even from among your own group ¹  men ²  will arise, teaching perversions of the truth ³  to draw the disciples away after them.

And if Satan rises against himself and is divided, he is not able to stand and his end has come.

They kept this statement to themselves, discussing what this rising from the dead meant.

But Jesus gently took his hand and raised him to his feet, and he stood up.

In the resurrection, when they rise again, ¹  whose wife will she be? For all seven had married her.” ² 

For when they rise from the dead, they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels ¹  in heaven.

In those days ¹  Mary got up and went hurriedly into the hill country, to a town of Judah, ² 

while others were saying that Elijah ¹  had appeared, and still others that one of the prophets of long ago had risen. ² 

They will flog him severely ¹  and kill him. Yet ²  on the third day he will rise again.”

When ¹  he got up from prayer, he came to the disciples and found them sleeping, exhausted ²  from grief.

Martha said, ¹  “I know that he will come back to life again ²  in the resurrection at the last day.”

(For they did not yet understand ¹  the scripture that Jesus ²  must rise from the dead.) ³ 

So the young men came, ¹  wrapped him up, ²  carried him out, and buried ³  him.

until another king who did not know about ¹  Joseph ruled ²  over Egypt. ³ 

But get up, ¹  go down, and accompany them without hesitation, ²  because I have sent them.”

But Peter helped him up, ¹  saying, “Stand up. I too am a mere mortal.” ² 

I also heard a voice saying to me, ‘Get up, Peter; slaughter ¹  and eat!’

So the king got up, and with him the governor and Bernice and those sitting with them,

And this is even clearer if another priest arises in the likeness of Melchizedek,

Moses said, ‘The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among your brothers. You must obey ¹  him in everything he tells you. ²
