The man bowed his head and worshiped the Lord,

When ¹  they saw him, they worshiped him, ²  but some doubted. ³ 

[He said, “Lord, I believe,” and he worshiped him. ¹ 

Moses quickly bowed ¹  to the ground and worshiped

So Samuel followed Saul back, and Saul worshiped the Lord.

They made an image of a calf at Horeb, and worshiped a metal idol.

Then those who were in the boat worshiped him, saying, “Truly you are the Son of God.”

And the four living creatures were saying “Amen,” and the elders threw themselves to the ground ¹  and worshiped.

they worshiped the dragon because he had given ruling authority ¹  to the beast, and they worshiped the beast too, saying: “Who is like the beast?” and “Who is able to make war against him?” ² 

When the sacrifices were completed, the king and all who were with him bowed down and worshiped.

So ¹  they worshiped ²  him and returned to Jerusalem with great joy, ³ 

He followed in the footsteps of his father ¹  and worshiped and bowed down to the disgusting idols ²  which his father had worshiped. ³ 

The entire assembly worshiped, as the singers sang and the trumpeters played. They continued until the burnt sacrifice was completed.

But ¹  Jesus met them, saying, “Greetings!” They ²  came to him, held on to his feet and worshiped him.

Our fathers worshiped on this mountain, ¹  and you people ²  say that the place where people must worship is in Jerusalem.” ³ 

Then ¹  the twenty-four elders who are seated on their thrones before God threw themselves down with their faces to the ground ²  and worshiped God

The twenty-four elders and the four living creatures threw themselves to the ground ¹  and worshiped God, who was seated on the throne, saying: “Amen! Hallelujah!”

They abandoned the Lord and worshiped Baal and the Ashtars. ¹ 

Now I dedicate him to the Lord. From this time on he is dedicated to the Lord.” Then they ¹  worshiped the Lord there.

He worshiped and bowed down to Baal, ¹  angering the Lord God of Israel just as his father had done. ²
