If anyone wants to do God’s will, ¹  he will know about my teaching, whether it is from God or whether I speak from my own authority. ² 

For God will evaluate every deed, ¹  including every secret thing, whether good or evil.

Even a young man ¹  is known ²  by his actions, whether his activity is pure and whether it is right. ³ 

Whether then it was I or they, this is the way we preach and this is the way you believed.

because you know that each person, whether slave or free, if he does something good, this ¹  will be rewarded by the Lord.

He died ¹  for us so that whether we are alert or asleep ²  we will come to life together with him.

Whether it is for punishment ¹  for his land, or whether it is for mercy, he causes it to find its mark. ² 

So then whether we are alive ¹  or away, we make it our ambition to please him. ² 

and see ¹  what the land is like, ²  and whether the people who live in it are strong or weak, few or many,

And as for them, ¹  whether they listen ²  or not – for they are a rebellious ³  house ⁴  – they will know that a prophet has been among them.

You must speak my words to them whether they listen or not, for they are rebellious.

For how do you know, wife, whether you will bring your husband to salvation? ¹  Or how do you know, husband, whether you will bring your wife to salvation? ² 

Anyone who would not seek the Lord God of Israel would be executed, whether they were young or old, ¹  male or female.

So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do everything for the glory of God.

Be subject to every human institution ¹  for the Lord’s sake, whether to a king as supreme

Now when Pilate heard this, he asked whether the man was a Galilean.
