We would share personal thoughts with each other; ¹  in God’s temple we would walk together among the crowd.

Then I will give you thanks in the great assembly; ¹  I will praise you before a large crowd of people! ² 

I will thank the Lord profusely, ¹  in the middle of a crowd ²  I will praise him,

There is little Benjamin, their ruler, ¹  and the princes of Judah in their robes, ²  along with the princes of Zebulun and the princes of Naphtali.

for she has brought down ¹  many fatally wounded, and all those she has slain are many. ² 

I will remember and weep! ¹  For I was once walking along with the great throng to the temple of God, shouting and giving thanks along with the crowd as we celebrated the holy festival. ² 

The clods of the torrent valley ¹  are sweet to him; behind him everybody follows in procession, and before him goes a countless throng.

Then ¹  Jesus asked, ²  “Who was it who touched me?” When they all denied it, Peter ³  said, “Master, the crowds are surrounding you and pressing ⁴  against you!”

Hide me from the plots of evil men, from the crowd of evildoers. ¹ 

As they were leaving Jericho, ¹  a large crowd followed them.

When the crowds heard this, they were amazed at his teaching.

Now ¹  the whole crowd ²  of people were praying outside at the hour of the incense offering. ³ 

Then ¹  I heard what sounded like the voice of a vast throng, like the roar of many waters and like loud crashes of thunder. They were shouting: ²  “Hallelujah! For the Lord our God, ³  the All-Powerful, ⁴  reigns!

As he got out he saw the large crowd, and he had compassion on them and healed their sick.

Now ¹  Jesus ²  went home, and a crowd gathered so that they were not able to eat.

When she heard about Jesus, she came up behind him in the crowd and touched his cloak, ¹ 

Then the crowd came up and began to ask Pilate to release a prisoner for them, as was his custom. ¹ 

While a large crowd was gathering and people were coming to Jesus ¹  from one town after another, ²  he spoke to them ³  in a parable:

But ¹  some of the Pharisees ²  in the crowd said to him, “Teacher, rebuke your disciples.” ³ 

So ¹  Judas ²  agreed and began looking for an opportunity to betray Jesus ³  when no crowd was present. ⁴
