When it was reported to Saul, he sent more messengers, but they prophesied too. So Saul sent messengers a third time, but they also prophesied.

For all the prophets and the law prophesied until John appeared. ¹ 

Then ¹  his father Zechariah was filled with the Holy Spirit and prophesied, ² 

(He had four unmarried ¹  daughters who prophesied.) ²

Where now are the prophets who prophesied to you that ¹  the king of Babylon would not attack you or this land?

Concerning this salvation, ¹  the prophets ²  who predicted the grace that would come to you ³  searched and investigated carefully.

and when Paul placed ¹  his hands on them, the Holy Spirit came ²  upon them, and they began to speak ³  in tongues and to prophesy. ⁴
