I will multiply your people ¹  – the whole house of Israel, all of it. The cities will be populated and the ruins rebuilt.

A king’s glory is ¹  the abundance of people, but the lack of subjects ²  is the ruin ³  of a ruler.

And the whole community ¹  of the Israelites and the resident foreigner who lives among them will be forgiven, since all the people were involved in the unintentional offense.

“To these the land must be divided as an inheritance according to the number of the names.
