The stands were constructed with frames between the joints.

He engraved ornamental cherubs, lions, and palm trees on the plates of the supports and frames wherever there was room, ¹  with wreaths ²  all around.

On these frames and joints were ornamental lions, bulls, and cherubs. Under the lions and bulls were decorative wreaths. ¹ 

Each of the doors had two leaves, two swinging ¹  leaves; two leaves for one door and two leaves for the other.

On top of each stand was a round opening three-quarters of a foot deep; ¹  there were also supports and frames on top of the stands.

He also made ¹  two doors out of wood from evergreens; each door had two folding leaves. ² 

Inside the stand was a round opening that was a foot-and-a-half deep; it had a support that was two and one-quarter feet long. ¹  On the edge of the opening were carvings in square frames. ² 

The four wheels were under the frames and the crossbars of the axles were connected to the stand. Each wheel was two and one-quarter feet ¹  high.

King Ahaz took off the frames of the movable stands, and removed the basins from them. He took “The Sea” ¹  down from the bronze bulls that supported it ²  and put it on the pavement.

Under the rim all the way around it ¹  were round ornaments ²  arranged in settings 15 feet long. ³  The ornaments were in two rows and had been cast with “The Sea.” ⁴ 

He joined ¹  five of the curtains to one another, and the other ²  five curtains he joined to one another.

He made curtains of goats’ hair for a tent over the tabernacle; he made eleven curtains. ¹ 

He joined five curtains by themselves and six curtains by themselves.

the cedars are the beams of our bedroom chamber; the pines are the rafters of our bedroom.

Images of bulls were under it all the way around, ten every eighteen inches ¹  all the way around. The bulls were in two rows and had been cast with “The Sea.”

He says, “I will build myself a large palace with spacious upper rooms.” He cuts windows in its walls, panels it ¹  with cedar, and paints its rooms red. ² 

“You are to make curtains of goats’ hair ¹  for a tent over the tabernacle; ²  you are to make ³  eleven curtains.

The length of each ¹  curtain is to be forty-two feet, and the width of each curtain is to be six feet ²  – the same size for each of the curtains.

Five curtains are to be joined, ¹  one to another, ²  and the other ³  five curtains are to be joined, one to another.

Now the part that remains of the curtains of the tent – the half curtain that remains will hang over at the back of the tabernacle. ¹
