for the gold lampstands and their gold lamps, including the weight of each lampstand and its lamps, for the silver lampstands, including the weight of each lampstand and its lamps, according to the prescribed use of each lampstand,

“You are to make its seven lamps, ¹  and then set ²  its lamps up on it, so that it will give light ³  to the area in front of it.

Then he set up the lamps before the Lord, just as the Lord had commanded Moses.

the pure gold flower-shaped ornaments, lamps, and tongs,

When ¹  the foolish ones took their lamps, they did not take extra ²  olive oil ³  with them.

Then all the virgins woke up and trimmed their lamps.

“Speak to Aaron and tell him, ‘When you set up ¹  the lamps, the seven lamps are to give light ²  in front of the lampstand.’”

But the wise ones took flasks of olive oil with their lamps.

the pure ¹  lampstand, its lamps, with the lamps set in order, and all its accessories, and oil for the light;

Aaron is to burn sweet incense ¹  on it morning by morning; when he attends ²  to the lamps he is to burn incense. ³ 

He made its seven lamps, its trimmers, and its trays of pure gold.

On the ceremonially pure lampstand ¹  he must arrange the lamps before the Lord continually.

the pure gold lampstands and their lamps which burned as specified at the entrance to the inner sanctuary,

The ¹  foolish ones said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil, because our lamps are going out.’

“Get dressed for service ¹  and keep your lamps burning; ² 

(Now there were many lamps ¹  in the upstairs room where we were meeting.) ² 

the lampstand for ¹  the light and its accessories, its lamps, and oil for the light;

When Aaron sets up the lamps around sundown he is to burn incense on it; it is to be a regular incense offering before the Lord throughout your generations.

You are to bring in the table and set out the things that belong on it; ¹  then you are to bring in the lampstand and set up its lamps.

And Aaron did so; he set up the lamps to face toward the front of the lampstand, as the Lord commanded Moses.
