You are to make the altar hollow, out of boards. Just as it was shown you ¹  on the mountain, so they must make it. ² 

He put the poles into the rings on the sides of the altar, with which to carry it. He made the altar ¹  hollow, out of boards.

Each of the pillars was about 27 feet ¹  high, about 18 feet ²  in circumference, three inches ³  thick, and hollow.

Who has measured out the waters ¹  in the hollow of his hand, or carefully ²  measured the sky, ³  or carefully weighed ⁴  the soil of the earth, or weighed the mountains in a balance, or the hills on scales? ⁵

So Abraham secured the field and the cave that was in it as a burial site ¹  from the sons of Heth.

The priest will then take some of the log of olive oil and pour it into his own left hand. ¹
