When ¹  the foolish ones took their lamps, they did not take extra ²  olive oil ³  with them.

He ¹  said to them, “Take nothing for your ²  journey – no staff, ³  no bag, ⁴  no bread, no money, and do not take an extra tunic. ⁵ 

and to put on sandals but not to wear two tunics. ¹ 

no bag ¹  for the journey, or an extra tunic, ²  or sandals or staff, ³  for the worker deserves his provisions.

He made two frames for the corners of the tabernacle on the back.

Do not carry ¹  a money bag, ²  a traveler’s bag, ³  or sandals, and greet no one on the road. ⁴ 

They ¹  do all their deeds to be seen by people, for they make their phylacteries ²  wide and their tassels ³  long.

You are to make two frames for the corners ¹  of the tabernacle on the back.

“A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to relax,

But the wise ones took flasks of olive oil with their lamps.

For I consider myself not at all inferior to those “super-apostles.” ¹ 

The foot and a half ¹  on the one side and the foot and a half on the other side of what remains in the length of the curtains of the tent will hang over the sides of the tabernacle, on one side and the other side, to cover it. ² 

And give the money for the redemption of the excess number of them to Aaron and his sons.”

Make sure you do not offer burnt offerings in any place you wish,

A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to relax, ¹ 

“Therefore I conclude ¹  that we should not cause extra difficulty ²  for those among the Gentiles ³  who are turning to God,

As one who is above your ¹  brothers, I give to you the mountain slope, ²  which I took from the Amorites with my sword and my bow.”

Now the part that remains of the curtains of the tent – the half curtain that remains will hang over at the back of the tabernacle. ¹ 

He instructed them to take nothing for the journey except a staff ¹  – no bread, no bag, ²  no money in their belts –

Then ¹  Jesus ²  said to them, “When I sent you out with no money bag, ³  or traveler’s bag, ⁴  or sandals, you didn’t lack ⁵  anything, did you?” They replied, ⁶  “Nothing.”
