When I saw this, I gave careful consideration to it; ¹  I received instruction from what I saw: ² 

Even a fool who remains silent is considered ¹  wise, and the one who holds his tongue is deemed discerning. ²

Why should we be regarded as beasts, and considered stupid ¹  in your sight?

So they left the council rejoicing because they had been considered worthy ¹  to suffer dishonor for the sake of the name. ²
