He begged Jesus ¹  repeatedly not to send them out of the region.

Then the demons begged him, ¹  “If you drive us out, send us into the herd of pigs.”

And the demonic spirits ¹  begged him, “Send us into the pigs. Let us enter them.”

And they began to beg ¹  him not to order ²  them to depart into the abyss. ³ 

I ¹  begged ²  your disciples to cast it out, but ³  they could not do so.” ⁴ 

Then ¹  they came to Bethsaida. They brought a blind man to Jesus ²  and asked him to touch him.

As he was getting into the boat the man who had been demon-possessed asked if he could go ¹  with him.

Then ¹  the entire town ²  came out to meet Jesus. And when they saw him, they begged him to leave their region.

They begged him if ¹  they could only touch the edge of his cloak, and all who touched it were healed.

Then his fellow slave threw himself down and begged him, ¹  ‘Be patient with me, and I will repay you.’

They brought to him a deaf man who had difficulty speaking, and they asked him to place his hands on him.

The man from whom the demons had gone out begged to go ¹  with him, but Jesus ²  sent him away, saying,

and the blast of a trumpet and a voice uttering words ¹  such that those who heard begged to hear no more. ² 

I asked the Lord three times about this, that it would depart from me.

Then his lord called the first slave ¹  and said to him, ‘Evil slave! I forgave you all that debt because you begged me!

Now a large herd of pigs was feeding there on the hillside, ¹  and the demonic spirits ²  begged Jesus ³  to let them go into them. He gave them permission. ⁴ 

When ¹  they came ²  to Jesus, they urged ³  him earnestly, ⁴  “He is worthy ⁵  to have you do this for him,

As Paul and Barnabas ¹  were going out, ²  the people ³  were urging ⁴  them to speak about these things ⁵  on the next Sabbath.

When we heard this, both we and the local people ¹  begged him not to go up to Jerusalem.

The woman was a Greek, of Syrophoenician origin. She ¹  asked him to cast the demon out of her daughter.
