The goat is to bear on itself all their iniquities into an inaccessible land, ¹  so he is to send the goat away ²  in the wilderness.

“Speak to Aaron and tell him, ‘When you set up ¹  the lamps, the seven lamps are to give light ²  in front of the lampstand.’”

The Lord protects those residing outside their native land; he lifts up the fatherless and the widow, ¹  but he opposes the wicked. ² 

“Indeed, there are wicked scoundrels among my people. They lie in wait like bird catchers hiding in ambush. ¹  They set deadly traps ²  to catch people.

They may eat the grain offering, the sin offering, and the guilt offering, and every devoted thing in Israel will be theirs.

He told them, “You are not permitted to know ¹  the times or periods that the Father has set by his own authority.

This was ¹  also to demonstrate ²  his righteousness in the present time, so that he would be just ³  and the justifier of the one who lives because of Jesus’ faithfulness. ⁴ 

Since God is one, ¹  he will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through faith.

So the person who resists such authority ¹  resists the ordinance of God, and those who resist will incur judgment

For the kingdom of God does not consist of food and drink, but righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.

so that we may preach the gospel in the regions that lie beyond you, and not boast of work already done in another person’s area.

Consequently the one who rejects this is not rejecting human authority ¹  but God, who gives his Holy Spirit to you.
