This is the law ¹  of the land animals, the birds, all the living creatures that move in the water, and all the creatures ²  that swarm on the land,

“This is the law of the diseased person on the day of his purification, when ¹  he is brought to the priest. ² 

This is the law of the one in whom there is a diseased infection, ¹  who does not have sufficient means for his purification.” ² 

“You came down on Mount Sinai and spoke with them from heaven. You provided them with just judgments, true laws, and good statutes and commandments.

When ¹  Jesus had finished instructing his twelve disciples, he went on from there to teach and preach in their towns.

He instructed them to take nothing for the journey except a staff ¹  – no bread, no bag, ²  no money in their belts –

And I know that his commandment is eternal life. ¹  Thus the things I say, I say just as the Father has told me.” ² 

So the sons of Jacob did for him just as he had instructed them.

¹ The Lord said ²  to Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt, ³ 

So you must keep ¹  this ordinance at its appointed time from year to year. ² 

¹ “These are the decisions that you will set before them:

“This is the law for all diseased infections, for scall, ¹ 

So Moses spoke to the Israelites about the appointed times of the Lord. ¹ 

So I instructed you at that time regarding everything you should do.

So Hathach returned and related Mordecai’s instructions ¹  to Esther.

Then Esther replied to Hathach with instructions for Mordecai:

Accept instruction ¹  from his mouth and store up his words ²  in your heart.

so that they might keep his commands and obey ¹  his laws. Praise the Lord!

They quickly forgot what he had done; ¹  they did not wait for his instructions. ² 

I find delight ¹  in your statutes; I do not forget your instructions. ²
