I will multiply the fruit of the trees and the produce of the fields, so that you will never again suffer the disgrace of famine among the nations.

He said to it, ¹  “May no one ever eat fruit from you again.” And his disciples heard it. ² 

Why did you break down its walls, ¹  so that all who pass by pluck its fruit? ² 

Death and life are in the power ¹  of the tongue, ²  and those who love its use ³  will eat its fruit.

Tell the innocent ¹  it will go well with them, ²  for they will be rewarded for what they have done. ³ 

Your strength will be used up in vain, your land will not give its yield, and the trees of the land ¹  will not produce their fruit.

But the fig tree said to them, ‘I am not going to stop producing my sweet figs, my excellent fruit, just to sway above the other trees!’ ¹ 

From the fruit of a person’s mouth ¹  his stomach is satisfied, ²  with the product of his lips is he satisfied.

The time is coming when Jacob will take root; ¹  Israel will blossom and grow branches. The produce ²  will fill the surface of the world. ³ 

Even now the ax is laid at ¹  the root of the trees, and every tree that does not produce good fruit will be cut down and thrown into the fire.

for each tree is known ¹  by its own fruit. For figs are not gathered ²  from thorns, nor are grapes picked ³  from brambles. ⁴ 

At the designated time ¹  Cain brought some of the fruit of the ground for an offering ²  to the Lord.

They ate all the vegetation in their land, and devoured the crops of their fields. ¹ 

You ¹  will eat what you worked so hard to grow. ²  You will be blessed and secure. ³ 

Once again you will plant vineyards on the hills of Samaria. ¹  Those who plant them will once again enjoy their fruit. ² 

The earth will become desolate ¹  because of what its inhabitants have done. ² 

You did not choose me, but I chose you ¹  and appointed you to go and bear ²  fruit, fruit that remains, ³  so that whatever you ask the Father in my name he will give you.

Remain ¹  in me, and I will remain in you. ²  Just as the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, ³  unless it remains ⁴  in ⁵  the vine, so neither can you unless you remain ⁶  in me.

We also accept responsibility for ¹  bringing the first fruits of our land and the first fruits of every fruit tree year by year to the temple of the LORD.

A person will be satisfied with good from the fruit of his words, ¹  and the work of his hands ²  will be rendered to ³  him.
