The Lord told me to say ¹  to the royal court ²  of Judah, “Listen to what the Lord says,

and the sound of the living beings’ wings brushing against each other, and the sound of the wheels alongside them, a great rumbling sound.

The customer will no longer pay the seller ¹  while both parties are alive, for the vision against their whole crowd ²  will not be revoked. Each person, for his iniquity, ³  will fail to preserve his life.

For the Lord who rules over all says to me that for his own glory ¹  he has sent me to the nations that plundered you – for anyone who touches you touches the pupil ²  of his ³  eye.

So you are to sanctify them, ¹  and they will be most holy; ²  anything that touches them will be holy. ³ 

“‘By these ¹  you defile yourselves; anyone who touches their carcass will be unclean until the evening,

“Do not allow the tribe of the families of the Kohathites to be cut off ¹  from among the Levites;

and the slope of the valleys ¹  that extends to the dwelling of Ar, ²  and falls off at the border of Moab.”

It then descended from Janoah to Ataroth and Naarah, touched Jericho, ¹  and extended to the Jordan River. ² 

their wings touched each other; they did not turn as they moved, but went straight ahead. ¹ 

Now as for the resurrection of the dead, have you not read what was spoken to you by God, ¹ 

Moved with compassion, ¹  Jesus ²  stretched out his hand and touched ³  him, saying, “I am willing. Be clean!”

For he had healed many, so that all who were afflicted with diseases pressed toward him in order to touch him.

His disciples said to him, “You see the crowd pressing against you and you say, ‘Who touched me?’”

But Jesus said, “Someone touched me, for I know that power has gone out ¹  from me.”

Then he said to the council, ¹  “Men of Israel, ²  pay close attention to ³  what you are about to do to these men.

For it is not necessary ¹  for me to write you about this service ²  to the saints,

In my zeal for God I persecuted the church. According to the righteousness stipulated in the law I was blameless.

And we are confident about you in the Lord that you are both doing – and will do – what we are commanding.

The combined wing span of the cherubs was 30 feet. ¹  One of the first cherub’s wings was seven and one-half feet long and touched one wall of the temple; its other wing was also seven and one-half feet long and touched one of the second cherub’s wings. ²
