So she grabbed him and kissed him, and with a bold expression ¹  she said to him,

However, no one spoke openly about him for fear of the Jewish leaders. ¹ 

Pray that I may make it known as I should. ¹ 

Then ¹  would I speak and not fear him, but it is not so with me. ²

So, although I have quite a lot of confidence in Christ and could command you to do what is proper,

Therefore, brothers and sisters, ¹  since we have confidence to enter the sanctuary by the blood of Jesus,

For the king knows about these things, and I am speaking freely ¹  to him, ²  because I cannot believe ³  that any of these things has escaped his notice, ⁴  for this was not done in a corner. ⁵ 

My confident hope ¹  is that I will in no way be ashamed ²  but that with complete boldness, even now as always, Christ will be exalted in my body, whether I live or die. ³ 

But although we suffered earlier and were mistreated in Philippi, ¹  as you know, we had the courage in our God to declare to you the gospel of God ²  in spite of much opposition.
