by truthful ¹  teaching, ²  by the power of God, with weapons of righteousness both for the right hand and for the left, ³ 

Now as a fair exchange – I speak as to my ¹  children – open wide your hearts to us ²  also.

They were the men who were speaking to Pharaoh king of Egypt, in order to bring the Israelites out of Egypt. It was the same Moses and Aaron.

he said to him, ¹  “I am the Lord. Tell ²  Pharaoh king of Egypt all that ³  I am telling ⁴  you.”

When the sound of the horn grew louder and louder, ¹  Moses was speaking ²  and God was answering him with a voice. ³
