Who is allowed to ascend ¹  the mountain of the Lord? ²  Who may go up to his holy dwelling place?

He led them on a level road, ¹  that they might find a city in which to live.

A song of ascents. ²  I look up ³  toward you, the one enthroned ⁴  in heaven.

Praise the Lord! Praise God in his sanctuary! Praise him in the sky, which testifies to his strength! ² 

My people will live in peaceful settlements, in secure homes, and in safe, quiet places. ¹ 

I know where you live and everything you do and how you rage against me. ¹ 

When a strong man, ¹  fully armed, guards his own palace, ²  his possessions are safe. ³ 

Parthians, Medes, Elamites, and residents of Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and the province of Asia, ¹ 

Then the Lord will create over all of Mount Zion ¹  and over its convocations a cloud and smoke by day and a bright flame of fire by night; ²  indeed a canopy will accompany the Lord’s glorious presence. ³ 

They will not defile themselves with their idols, their detestable things, and all their rebellious deeds. I will save them from all their unfaithfulness ¹  by which they sinned. I will purify them; they will become my people and I will become their God.

They also took Abram’s nephew ¹  Lot and his possessions when ²  they left, for Lot ³  was living in Sodom. ⁴

You are to make fifty gold clasps and join the curtains together with the clasps, so that the tabernacle is a unit. ¹ 

Now the part that remains of the curtains of the tent – the half curtain that remains will hang over at the back of the tabernacle. ¹ 

All ¹  the utensils of the tabernacle used ²  in all its service, all its tent pegs, and all the tent pegs of the courtyard are to be made of bronze. ³ 

They brought the tabernacle to Moses, the tent and all its furnishings, clasps, frames, bars, posts, and bases;

You are to put ¹  the gold altar for incense in front of the ark of the testimony and put the curtain at the entrance to the tabernacle.

So the tabernacle was set up on the first day of the first month, in the second year.

Then he spread the tent over the tabernacle and put the covering of the tent over it, as the Lord had commanded Moses.

And he put the table in the tent of meeting, on the north side of the tabernacle, outside the curtain.
