Romans 1:12

1:12 that is, that we may be mutually comforted by one another’s faith, 1  both yours and mine.

Romans 12:5

12:5 so we who are many are one body in Christ, and individually we are members who belong to one another.

1 tn Grk “that is, to be comforted together with you through the faith in one another.”

2 tn Or “but give yourselves to menial tasks.” The translation depends on whether one takes the adjective “lowly” as masculine or neuter.

3 tn Grk “Do not be wise in your thinking.”

4 tn Grk “grant you to think the same among one another.”
