Revelation 5:2-3

5:2 And I saw a powerful angel proclaiming in a loud voice: “Who is worthy to open the scroll and to break its seals?” 5:3 But 1  no one in heaven or on earth or under the earth was able to open the scroll or look into it.

5:5 Then 2  one of the elders said 3  to me, “Stop weeping! 4  Look, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the root of David, has conquered; 5  thus he can open 6  the scroll and its seven seals.”
