Revelation 4:2-11

[Rev 4:2] Lord Of All Being
Lord of all being, thronèd afar,
Thy glory flames from sun and star;
Center and soul of every sphere,
Yet to each loving heart how near!Sun of our life, Thy quickening ray,
Sheds on our path the glow of day;
Star of our hope, Thy softened light
Cheers the long watches of the night.Our midnight is Thy smile withdrawn;
Our noontide is Thy gracious dawn;
Our rainbow arch, Thy mercy’s sign;
All, save the clouds of sin, are Thine.Lord of all life, below, above,
Whose light is truth, whose warmth is love,
Before Thy ever blazing throne
We ask no luster of our own.Grant us Thy truth to make us free,
And kindling hearts that burn for Thee,
Till all Thy living altars claim
One holy light, one heavenly flame.Play source: Cyberhymnal -
[Rev 4:4] That Beautiful Land
I have heard of a land
On a far away strand,
In the Bible the story is told,
Where no cares ever come,
Neither darkness nor gloom,
And nothing shall ever grow old.Refrain
In that beautiful land,
On the faraway strand,
There awaits us a robe and a crown;
In that city, we’re told,
The streets are pure gold,
And the sunlight shall never go down.There are evergreen trees
That bend low in the breeze,
And their fruitage is brighter than gold;
There are harps for our hands,
In that fairest of lands,
And nothing shall ever grow old.Refrain
There’s a home in that land,
At the Father’s right hand;
There are mansions whose joys are untold;
There the ransomed will sing
Round the throne of their King,
And nothing shall ever grow old.Refrain

[Rev 4:6] Beautiful Eden Bells
Beautiful bells of Eden fair,
Chiming at eve on the calm, still air,
Lifting the soul with its toil oppressed,
Into the vales of the pure and blessed.Refrain
Sweet, beautiful bells;
That oft in a dream I hear,
Welcome the message they bring to me,
Over the waves of the crystal sea.Beautiful bells of Eden bright,
Murmuring on thro’ the hush of night,
Telling my soul of the friends I love,
Gathered and safe in their home above.Refrain
Beautiful bells of Eden chime,
Softly they breathe in their tones sublime;
Echo of joy from a white-robed throng,
Praising the Lord in a world of song.Refrain

[Rev 4:6] By The Sea Of Crystal
By the sea of crystal, saints in glory stand,
Myriads in number, drawn from every land,
Robed in white apparel, washed in Jesus’ blood,
They now reign in heaven with the Lamb of God.Out of tribulation, death and Satan’s hand,
They have been translated at the Lord’s command.
In their hands they’re holding palms of victory;
Hark! the jubilant chorus shouts triumphantly:“Unto God Almighty, sitting on the throne,
And the Lamb, victorious, be the praise alone,
God has wrought salvation, He did wondrous things,
Who shall not extol Thee, holy King of Kings?”Play source: Cyberhymnal -
[Rev 4:6] O Beautiful Sea
Beautiful sea, O beautiful sea,
Beyond the dark valley of time;
Over thy gentle, murmuring tide
The bells of eternity chime.Refrain
Beautiful beautiful, ocean of light,
Reflected from Eden above,
Where they that are washed in the blood of the Lamb
Abide in the smile of His love.Beautiful sea, O beautiful sea,
Thy glory shall never decline;
Over thy waves that silently flow
The beams of eternity shine.Refrain
Beautiful sea, O beautiful sea,
By faith we can sometimes behold;
Visions of thee, so lovely and bright,
They fill us with rapture untold.Refrain
Beautiful sea, O beautiful sea,
We long on thy bosom to rest;
Floating away, still floating away,
Away to the isles of the blest.Refrain

[Rev 4:8] Holy, Holy, Holy Is The Lord
Holy, holy, holy is the Lord!
Sing, O ye people, gladly adore Him;
Let the mountains tremble at His word;
Let the hills be joyful before Him;
Mighty in wisdom, boundless in mercy,
Great is Jehovah, King over all.Refrain
Holy, holy, holy is the Lord!
Let the hills be joyful before Him.Praise Him, praise Him! shout aloud for joy,
Watchman of Zion, herald the story;
Sin and death His kingdom shall destroy;
All the earth shall sing of His glory;
Praise Him, ye angels, ye who behold Him,
Robed in His splendor, matchless, divine.Refrain
King eternal, blessèd be His Name!
So may His children gladly adore Him;
When in Heav’n we join the happy strain,
When we cast our bright crowns before Him;
There in His likeness joyful awaking,
There we shall see Him, there we shall sing:Refrain

[Rev 4:8] Holy, Holy, Holy Lord
Holy, holy, holy Lord
God in Heav’n—on earth adored;
Holy Father, Holy Son,
Holy Spirit, with Them One.
Lord, Creator of all things,
God of prophets, priests and kings:
When th’appointed time had come,
You sent us Your only Son.Send upon our gifts this day
Blessings from Your throne, we pray.
May Your Spirit be outpoured
At this entrance of the Lord.
Let this bread and wine become
Flesh and Blood of Your dear Son,
That we may united be
With our Lord eternally.On the night He was betrayed,
As the evening sun did fade,
Our Lord Jesus Christ took bread,
Giving thanks, blessed it and said:
“This, My Body, is for you,
And My Blood—the Cov’nant New.
Eat and drink this sacrament;
My gift is your nourishment.”Jesus Christ, incarnate One,
Son of God and Mary’s son,
We recall Your humble birth:
King of Heav’n and Lord of earth!
We recall Your pain and grief,
Endless anguish, no relief,
When upon that tree You died
For the Church, Your chosen Bride.But no grave, the Lord, could hold;
Hence the stone away was rolled,
When the resurrected Lord
Rose so that He might award
Victory over death and grave
To those whom He came to save.
Now in heaven He shall reign
’Til we see Him come again.Send to us Your Spirit, Lord;
By His presence be outpoured
Grace on grace and love on love—
Every blessing from above.
Bless Your Church on earth; preserve
All her leaders as they serve.
Be with all for whom we pray
As we intercede this day.Our hearts, longing from within,
Ache for freedom from our sin.
In Your mercy, hear our cry
To be with Your saints on high.
God our Father and the Son
And the Spirit, with Them One:
You we honor and adore
With our praises evermore.source: Cyberhymnal -
[Rev 4:10] Never Further Than Thy Cross
Never further than Thy cross,
Never higher than Thy feet;
Here earth’s precious things seem dross,
Here earth’s bitter things grow sweet.Gazing thus our sin we see,
Learn Thy love while gazing thus,
Sin, which laid the cross on Thee,
Love, which bore the cross for us.Here we learn to serve and give,
And, rejoicing, self deny;
Here we gather love to live,
Here we gather faith to die.Pressing onward as we can,
Still to this our hearts must tend;
Where our earliest hopes began,
There our last aspirings end.Till amid the hosts of light,
We in Thee redeemed, complete,
Through Thy cross made pure and white,
Cast our crowns before Thy feet.Play source: Cyberhymnal -
[Rev 4:10] Savior And Regenerator
Savior and Regenerator!
Thee alone, God we own,
Father and Creator.Word Incarnate, we adore Thee!
Hosts above, God of Love,
Cast their crowns before Thee.Father, Son and Holy Spirit,
One in Thee, Lord, we see,
Who Thy grace inherit.May Thy Word be our Instructor,
Night and day, on our way,
Our divine conductor!Visit us with Thy salvation;
Let Thy care still be near,
Round our habitation.Jesus, our divine Protector,
Guide us still, let Thy will
Be our sole director!Play source: Cyberhymnal -
[Rev 4:11] Holy Savior, We Adore Thee
Holy Savior! we adore Thee,
Seated on the throne of God,
While the heavenly hosts before Thee
Gladly sing Thy praise aloud.
“Thou art worthy!
We are ransomed by Thy blood.”Savior! though the world despised Thee,
Though Thou here wast crucified,
Yet the Father’s glory raised Thee,
Lord of all creation wide;
“Thou art worthy!
We shall live, for Thou hast died.”Haste the day of thy returning
With Thy ransomed church to reign;
Then shall end our days of mourning,
We shall sing with rapture then,
“Thou art worthy!
Come, Lord Jesus, come, Amen.”Play source: Cyberhymnal -
[Rev 4:11] O God, Creation’s Secret Force
O God, creation’s secret force,
Thyself unmoved, all motion’s source,
Who from the morn till evening ray
Through all its changes guid’st the day:Grant us, when this short life is past,
The glorious evening that shall last;
That, by a holy death attained,
Eternal glory may be gained.O Father, that we ask be done,
Through Jesus Christ, Thine only Son;
Who, with the Holy Ghost and Thee,
Doth live and reign eternally.Play source: Cyberhymnal
