Revelation 12:9

Context
12:9 So¹ that huge dragon – the ancient serpent, the one called the devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world – was thrown down to the earth, and his angels along with him.

Revelation 12:11

Context

12:11 But² they overcame him

by the blood of the Lamb

and by the word of their testimony,

and they did not love their lives³ so much that they were afraid to die.

¹tn Here καί (kai) has been translated as “so” to indicate the result of the war in heaven.

²tn Here καί (kai) has been translated as “but” to indicate the contrast.

³sn They did not love their lives. See Matt 16:25; Luke 17:33; John 12:25.

displaying	set the max displaying in one page.	"20" will set displaying max to 20 per page
range	set searching range	"All Bible", "Old Testament", "New Testament"
