79:2 They have given the corpses of your servants

to the birds of the sky; ¹ 

the flesh of your loyal followers

to the beasts of the earth.

Psalms 88:5

88:5 adrift ²  among the dead,

like corpses lying in the grave,

whom you remember no more,

and who are cut off from your power. ³
