Nehemiah 1:9

1:9 But if you repent 1  and obey 2  my commandments and do them, then even if your dispersed people are in the most remote location, 3  I will gather them from there and bring them to the place I have chosen for my name to reside.’

Nehemiah 9:29

Context
9:29 And you solemnly admonished them in order to return them to your law, but they behaved presumptuously and did not obey your commandments. They sinned against your ordinances – those by which an individual, if he obeys them, 4  will live. They boldly turned from you; 5  they rebelled 6  and did not obey.

Nehemiah 10:29

10:29 hereby participate with their colleagues the town leaders 7  and enter into a curse and an oath 8  to adhere to 9  the law of God which was given through Moses the servant of God, and to obey 10  carefully all the commandments of the LORD our Lord, 11  along with his ordinances and his statutes.
