Joshua 7:23

Context
7:23 They took it all from the middle of the tent, brought it to Joshua and all the Israelites, and placed¹ it before the Lord.

Joshua 13:12

¹tn Heb “poured out,” probably referring to the way the silver pieces poured out of their container.

²tn Heb “from the remnant of the Rephaites.”

sn The Rephaites were apparently an extremely tall ethnic group. See Deut 2:10-11, 20; 3:11.

³tn Or “dispossessed them.”

⁴tn Heb “the river,” referring to the Euphrates. This has been specified in the translation for clarity.

⁵tn Or “through.”

displaying	set the max displaying in one page.	"20" will set displaying max to 20 per page
range	set searching range	"All Bible", "Old Testament", "New Testament"
