Joshua 6:4

Context
6:4 Have seven priests carry seven rams’ horns¹ in front of the ark. On the seventh day march around the city seven times, while the priests blow the horns.

Joshua 6:7

Context
6:7 And he told² the army,³ “Move ahead⁴ and march around the city, with armed troops going ahead of the ark of the Lord.”

¹tn Heb “rams’ horns, trumpets.”

²tn An alternative reading is “and they said.” In this case the subject is indefinite and the verb should be translated as passive, “[the army] was told.”

³tn Heb “the people.”

⁴tn Heb “pass by.”

displaying	set the max displaying in one page.	"20" will set displaying max to 20 per page
range	set searching range	"All Bible", "Old Testament", "New Testament"
