Joshua 11:8

11:8 The Lord handed them over to Israel and they struck them down and chased them all the way to Greater Sidon, 1  Misrephoth Maim, 2  and the Mizpah Valley to the east. They struck them down until no survivors remained.

Joshua 14:9

14:9 That day Moses made this solemn promise: 3  ‘Surely the land on which you walked 4  will belong to you and your descendants permanently, 5  for you remained loyal to the Lord your God.’

24:31 Israel worshiped 6  the Lord throughout Joshua’s lifetime and as long as the elderly men who outlived him remained alive. 7  These men had experienced firsthand everything the Lord had done for Israel. 8
