Isaiah 30:30
Context30:30 The Lord will give a mighty shout 1
and intervene in power, 2
with furious anger and flaming, destructive fire, 3
with a driving rainstorm and hailstones.
Isaiah 28:2
Context28:2 Look, the sovereign master 4 sends a strong, powerful one. 5
With the force of a hailstorm or a destructive windstorm, 6
with the might of a driving, torrential rainstorm, 7
he will knock that crown 8 to the ground with his hand. 9

and a refuge from a rainstorm;
like streams of water in a dry region
and like the shade of a large cliff in a parched land.
